I’m Melisa Yeo, the owner, founder and principal agent for Hawk&Dove Real Estate. In partnership with my husband, Simon Yeo, we have created a residential real estate brokerage that is focussed on helping people and getting to the heart of your real estate concerns. Our company is based in Fullerton, CA, but we have been selling real estate all over the southern California! Since 1988, Simon has been helping home buyers and homeowners with their mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit. Since 2002, Simon and I have sold homes (and other real estate) in the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and San Diego. We have helped, literally, 1000’s of homebuyers, homeowners, and home-sellers over the span of our, combined, 53 years of experience!
I am a certified home stager and seasoned home remodeling designer. ALL of our listings are provided with complimentary staging furnishings and decor that is scientifically chosen to attract the target buyer pool and garner your home’s highest potential sales profit!
My home design and remodelling skills really have been beneficial for our homebuyers, as well, because I have been very resourceful in helping buyers to figure out if various renovations will turn a fixer home into their dream home. We have numerous clients that will attest to enjoying my help to guide their home improvements, as well as, my introduction to vendors that have performed many of their needed repairs and remodeling.
