I first met Simon when they had an open house nearby to my home, and he was such a nice man, he made me feel comfortable, and ordinarily I wouldn’t have spoken much to a realtor at an open house, but he had a way of inviting me to share. The home they were showing was beautiful and I learned that they had helped the sellers prepare it and fully staged it so attractively, that it made me realize I wanted their help. And then the right time to sell my home was during this Covid pandemic, but that didn’t stop Melisa and Simon from working their magic and selling my home at my list price, without ever having to even put it on the internet! So I didn’t have to wait or have the public traipsing through my home, they made everything so easy. I highly recommend Simon and Melisa!
